How the work moves
Send the location, process, equipment identity, fault behaviour and report findings. Explain whether the issue is ongoing, intermittent or follows a recent change.
Confirm safe access, isolation, contamination precautions, parts and any specialist dependencies. Agree repairs from the findings rather than promising a fix before inspection.
Explain the work completed and any outstanding concerns. Where exposure control has failed, competent assessment of effectiveness is needed; a replaced motor alone is not proof that protection is restored.

No. Effective capture depends on the system and process, not just the fan running. Follow the site’s assessment and competent examiner’s advice; a mechanical repair does not itself demonstrate adequate exposure control.
A change to the process or system may need design, commissioning or exposure-control expertise beyond the repair. We identify that separately rather than treating a component replacement as a redesign.
Yes. Harvtec can arrange Thorough Examination and Test (TExT) through a competent LEV examiner and help manage the report actions. Any commissioning or performance assessment needed after changes is identified separately.
