Send the original symptoms, replacement details and any changes in behaviour. That history helps distinguish the original fault from later settings or wiring changes.

Can you investigate a CNC machine fault?

Send the machine, controller and drive details first. We can discuss the electrical/mechanical investigation, while proprietary CNC software, parameters and manufacturer access may need separate specialist arrangements.

Can you promise to find an intermittent fault in one visit?

No. We agree the investigation and explain its limits. Some faults require operating history, repeat observations or further access before a cause can be established.
