The boxed cartridge shows the replacement component before installation. The cartridge assembly and its sealing arrangement form part of the extraction system, so replacements need to suit the equipment and the process it serves.

For a filter-change enquiry, send the extractor make and model, cartridge details or part numbers where known, the material being extracted and any current maintenance or examination findings. Harvtec can then agree the replacement and access requirements.

Harvtec’s extraction experience covers installation, repair, refurbishment and ongoing maintenance. Work can include filter replacement, fan and motor faults, controls, damaged components and a planned maintenance programme, with the system and process suitability agreed first.

Harvtec can arrange LEV Thorough Examination and Test (TExT) through a competent LEV examiner, with a written examination report. We can also help coordinate preparation, carry out agreed remedials and keep resulting actions and records together.
