Capture real evidence
Record completed work, useful notes, permitted media and partner context while the facts are still fresh and keep each organisation's material in its own workspace.
Harvtec software · Controlled preview
Harvtec Promote is Harvtec's approval-led content workflow for businesses that do valuable work but struggle to capture, review and publish the story consistently. It is currently offered as a controlled preview arranged directly with Harvtec.
What it does
Record completed work, useful notes, permitted media and partner context while the facts are still fresh and keep each organisation's material in its own workspace.
Shape one reviewed source into drafts for the connected channels without giving generated text permission to publish itself.
Require an authorised person to approve the master post, choose timing and decide which connected accounts should receive it.
Use a controlled queue, retries and attempt history to see what was due, what succeeded and what needs a person to intervene.
Workflow
Add factual notes and approved evidence in the correct workspace, including consent and partner context where it matters.
Prepare a master draft and channel variants, then correct claims, tone, privacy and permissions before approval.
Schedule only approved variants and follow the queue. Facebook personal profiles remain a manual-confirmation route.
Access
The controlled preview has a validated capture-to-queue workflow. Live channel use requires an approved provider account and Harvtec deployment configuration. Instagram publishing, audio transcription, generated image alt text and self-service OAuth are outside the currently activated scope.
Requirements and limitations
Draft assistance cannot approve, schedule or publish a post. The authorised user remains responsible for facts, permissions and the final message.
Authenticated workspaces, connected-account details, campaign data and customer evidence are kept out of the public website and search index.
Each live social channel depends on the provider's current permissions, an approved account, valid credentials and a signed-in acceptance check.
