Harvtec Routine Site Inspection gives your business regular engineering and compliance attention without needing to add a full-time manager. We visit premises across Cornwall at an agreed interval, review the defined equipment and records, and leave findings and follow-up actions for your team.
What Harvtec covers
The inspection is planned around your operations, risks and existing competent-person arrangements. We agree what is observed, what is functionally checked and what needs a separate assessment before the first visit.
Review the agreed equipment and reported problems with the responsible person, noting visible defects and maintenance needs.
Review agreed extraction-system condition and maintenance actions, including defects recorded by operators or an LEV examiner.
Check whether the records needed for the agreed scope are available and identify missing, overdue or unresolved items.
Leave a clear record of the areas reviewed, findings and limitations, with priorities and responsibility agreed with your manager.
Where agreed, maintain assets, inspection findings, work orders and evidence in Magrathea. Your team can retain its existing records if that is the better fit.
How the work moves
