Enquiries

What to include

General enquiries

Send general questions about Harvtec services, project availability or the best route for a new request.

Service enquiries

Include the service area, site or workshop context, timescale and any important access or safety details.

Client portal support

For client portal access help, include the portal name, your organisation and a short description of the issue.

Social channels

Follow the main Harvtec Facebook page for electrical, testing, engineering and workshop updates.

Useful details to prepare

Have the site, service area, urgency, photos or documents, and any access or safety constraints ready so the request can be routed properly.

Routing

Help Harvtec route the enquiry

For EICR and PAT testing

Tell us the site postcode, property use, approximate number of consumer units or circuits if known, appliance count and access arrangements. Unknown counts are fine; we can agree the detail together.

For EV installation

Include the postcode, parking position, intended charging use, existing supply details if known and any preferred charger.

For LEV maintenance or repair

Describe the extraction system, process and contaminants, equipment details, symptoms and any examination findings. We agree the competence, access and precautions needed before work.

For maintenance or recurring inspections

Tell us about the site, important assets, existing records, outstanding actions and the support you need between visits.

For site work

Send the location, access constraints, preferred timing and a short description of what needs attention.

For industrial electrical and controls

Include the machine, controller and drive make/model, fault codes, symptoms, available drawings and production or shutdown constraints. Photographs can help, but only take them where access is safe.

For workshop work

Send photos, dimensions, files or a clear description of the repair, prototype or technical problem.

For software or portals

Describe the workflow, system name, client portal issue or document process that needs support.
